Our Mission Statement

Greetings from the Carrot Cake Queen

Located in Inwood since 1979, and Washington Heights since 1985, plus 6 years selling to 6 upstate prisons.
We Belong Uptown.” Our customer base is from all over and out of town. We have spanned the globe, ask the King of Spain. Fame has touched us, baking for the likes of Stevie Wonder, Bishop Desmond Tutu, and many more. However, our main customer base is our community. We thank every single person who has purchased a cup of coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert. We are not only a bakery, but a full service restaurant with seating in both locations.

Because we are located next to New York- Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center, we openly welcome parents, their family, and friends with sick family members to give themselves a break from ICU. Morning, noon, or dinner. Being a few doors from Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York-Presbyterian keeps you close to your loved ones.

Although she is the Carrot Cake Queen of NYC and the world, she is very approachable and she loves to talk. It’s a wonderful feeling being a part of any special celebration our customers are having. It’s Like being invited to the party. Our place is the center of your table. “My smile is my product. Thank you very much.”

Thank You,
Renee Mancino, Robert Mancino, Nikki (our daughter and top cake designer), our five grand children, and the entire Carrot Top Family!
